Our Story:
Credle LLC was started at the height of the pandemic in 2020, responding to organizations and institutions who slowed or ceased their operations in Virginia and beyond. These organizations ranged from barber shops, childcare centers, real estate agencies, hospitals, and even churches.
Many leaders of these organizations were friends or colleagues of the Rev. Dr. Wayne and Passion Credle, college sweethearts who later married in 2018 after meeting each other at Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2010. Noticing a pattern of leaders within the executive, entrepreneurial, and religious sectors needing emotional support, organizational resources, and a safe community, Wayne and Passion took a leap of faith and started Credle LLC!
Today, Credle LLC has blossomed into a full Consulting and Graphic Design Firm with over 80 satisfied organizations (and counting) across the United States and internationally, virtually and in-person. More than a business, Credle LLC is a social enterprise, fostering Connection, Restoration, Empowerment, and Development for Leaders Everywhere.

Our Team
Co-Founder & CEO
A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Wayne combines Leadership Development, Mental Health, and Pastoral Care to serve our clients. Wayne completed his Doctorate of Philosophy in Organizational & Ecclesial Leadership at Regent University and his Master of Divinity degree at Duke Divinity School. His undergraduate degree in Religion & Sociology was completed at Virginia Wesleyan University. Wayne also holds a certificate in Transformational Leadership/Facilitation from the ALICT School in South Africa. Wayne serves as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences at Regent University. Wayne has served several corporate, academic, non-profit, and church sectors such as the Butner Federal Correctional Complex, Durham VA Hospital, Therapeutic Application Practice, Disciple Bible Outreach Ministries, BlackMenHeal, BlackMalePhDs, The North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church, the Bahamas Methodist Conference, Virginia Wesleyan University, and Duke Divinity School. Wayne’s work in leadership has been published in the Journal of Biblical Perspectives in Leadership, Palgrave MacMillian’s Christian Faith Perspective in Leadership & Business, and the 5th International Conference on Research in Business, Management, and Economics.
Co-Founder & Creative Director
A native of the Eastern Shore of Virginia, Passion combines Graphic Design with Business Administration to serve our clients. Passion completed her Master of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Entrepreneurship at Regent University. Her undergraduate degree in Art with an Emphasis in Graphic Design was completed at Virginia Wesleyan University. She also holds an associate’s degree from Eastern Shore Community College and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Harvard University’s Certificate program. Passion has served numerous corporate, academic, non-profit, and church sectors, such as Buchanan Subaru, H&R Block, Habitat for Humanity Restore, the Boys and Girls Club of Virginia (Harrisonburg and Rockingham County), American Red Cross, Foundations for Change, InterVarsity, Virginia Wesleyan University, Cornerstone Support Services, Fresh Anointing Worship Center (Melfa, VA), St. Joseph’s Holiness Church (Atlantic, VA), New Hope Community Church (Accomac, VA), Divine Unity Community Church Richmond, Pat Moore Real Estate in Richmond, Virginia, Across the Nations International Ministries/Bridging the Gap International and the Kumbaya Children’s Choir in Uganda.
